60 % public / 40 % jury
1. Pre-selection
10 nominees per category, common to both the public and the jury, selected by the Executive Nomination Committee.
2. Jury vote (40 %)
- 10 jury members
- Each juror assigns a score from 1 to 10 to each nominee (each score used once)
- Total points are converted to 100, then weighted at 40 %
3. Public vote (60 %)
- Online voting for one or several nominees
- Score proportional to the total votes, converted to 100
- Weighted at 60 %
Example: a nominee receives 900 votes out of 3,000 → (900 ÷ 3000) × 100 = 30 → 30 × 0.6 = 18 points
4. Final score
Final score = (Public score / 100 × 60) + (Jury score / 100 × 40)
Maximum score: 100 points
